NYU Undergraduate Moot Court Invitational

This spring, six of our members competed in the NYU Undergraduate Moot Court Invitational — a Fourth Amendment case on the forensic search of a cell phone at the border.

March — Preliminary rounds

All three teams advance

All three Harvard teams advanced from a field of 36 teams across 15 schools, qualifying for the in-person final round in New York City.

April — Finals, New York City

Three quarterfinalists, one championship

All three teams made it to the quarterfinals in New York. From there, Ben Brown ’29 and Muhammed Khan ’28 took first place in the championship, with Ben also winning Best Oralist for the finals.
